These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of livebuys.com and any related sites, landing pages, waitlists, and services operated by LiveBuys, Inc. ("LiveBuys," "we," "us," or "our"), including our Coins, Cards and Chaos ("Chaos Expo"), WildRips, and CoinKrewe brands (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Waitlists

If you join a waitlist or create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your contact information or account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and software — is the property of LiveBuys or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The names "LiveBuys," "Coins, Cards and Chaos," "Chaos Expo," "WildRips," and "CoinKrewe," along with associated logos, are trademarks of LiveBuys, Inc.

5. User Content

If you submit any content to the Services (reviews, chat messages, images, feedback), you grant LiveBuys a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to submit any content you provide.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Services or servers
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
Use the Services to transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam)

7. Purchases and Live Shows

Purchases made during our live shows or through the Services are subject to the rules displayed during the show and to applicable platform terms (e.g., Whatnot's terms for Whatnot-hosted shows). All sales are subject to our stated refund and shipping policies at the time of purchase.

8. SMS Messaging

Your use of any SMS program we offer is also governed by our SMS Terms. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LIVEBUYS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEBUYS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiveBuys and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including attorney's fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall continue in effect.
